Library of the History of Oriental Christianities
This library (also called the library of the history of religions) brings together the collections of books, periodicals and offprints related to the study of New Testament and patristic Biblical literatures, and that of the history of Oriental Christianities. Six sections are identified: Judaeo-Christianity, Gnosticism, Syrian-Egyptian monachism, Manichaeism, Greek philosophy and history of religions.
Access conditions
Access limited to researchers and higher education professors and doctoral and postdoctoral
students on the recommendation of their supervisor.
Services available
On-site consultation, photocopies, inter-library loans, information by post or telephone.
