Category A position

Secondment to the corps of Research Engineers: Head of audiovisual, educational and web productions, open to BOE (1 BAP F position).

Position of research engineer offered by secondment to category A civil servants, beneficiaries of the employment obligation (BOE).

Campaign calendar : registrations open from May 15, 2025 to June 16, 2025.

Access conditions

  • Be a beneficiary of the French employment obligation : workers recognized as disabled, as well as the other categories of people listed inarticle L323-3 of the French Labor Code
  • Be a civil servant in the Design Engineers corps
  • Meet the same seniority requirements as for the internal competition for Research Engineers: at least 7 years of public service by 01/01/2025
  • Meet the general conditions for access to the civil service (no nationality requirement for access to category A bodies, civic rights, criminal record, national service, suitability for the job, etc.).

It must be accompanied by a list of documents, in particular :

  • Dossier de reconnaissance des acquis de l'expérience professionnelle (application file, pages 11 to 18) (including professional and continuing training, professional experience, work, professional project)
  • Record of public service, with copies of contracts and appointment decrees
  • Copy of the attestation de Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé (RQTH) (certificate of recognition of disabled worker status) or any other document proving that you belong to one of the BOE categories.

Recruitment organization

A selection committee of at least 3 members assesses, on the basis of the candidate's application file, the professional aptitude of each candidate to carry out the tasks assigned to the recruitment body. It also takes into account the candidate's professional experience and motivation.
After examining the applications submitted within the time limit set above, it draws up a list of candidates selected for interview, and then proceeds to interview them.
Selected candidates will be invited by post and e-mail for an interview.
Following the hearings, the committee draws up a list of candidates proposed for secondment.

Type of recruitment

Recruitment gives rise to the secondment of the civil servant, from December1, 2025, for a period of 1 year in the corps of Research Engineers.
At the end of the period of secondment, if the civil servant is declared fit to be integrated into the corps of secondment, after a further interview, he or she will be integrated into the corps of Research Engineers.
