Camille Lescot is a doctor of pharmacy from Paris Descartes University (2009). She completed her PhD in organic chemistry in 2011 from the Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles (Dr. Philippe Dauban's group) in Gif-sur-Yvette. Her Phd focused on stereo-, chemo- and regio-selective transformation involving nitrene insertions. She obtained a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Pr. Troels Skrydstrup's laboratory at Aarhus University (Denmark), where she worked on CO2 to CO reduction and subsequent carbonylation reactions. She next joined Dr. Thibault Cantat in CEA in Saclay in 2015. She joined the CNRS as a Chargée de recherches in 2016 in ChimieParistech-PSL (Paris). Since January 2025, she moved to Collège de France in the Laboratoire d'Activation Moléculaire to work with Pr. Louis Fensterbank. Since 2016, her research has focused on new catalysis methodologies in milli- and microfluidic systems, especially involving gas as a reactant, and immobilized catalysts in continuous flow.
