I joined the CIRB in 2020 to work on my master’s thesis, during which I developed a model to predict how periodic bottlenecks affect the evolutionary trajectories of a microbial population. I am currently pursuing a PhD under the same advisors (Amaury Lambert and François Blanquart), developing a stochastic model of bacterial pangenome evolution.
