BOE competitions and recruitment - Session 2026

Contractual recruitment of beneficiaries of the French Employment Obligation (BOE) for a position of financial and accounting management technician.

Campaign timetable: registrations open from May 26 to June 24, 2026.

Conditions of access

  • To be a beneficiary of the employment obligation : workers recognized as disabled, as well as other categories of people listed in article L323-3 of the French Labor Code
  • Not be a civil servant
  • Meet the same diploma requirements as for the general external entrance examinations, i.e. hold a level 4 diploma
  • Meet the general conditions for admission to the civil service (French nationality, nationality of a member state of the European Union or of another member state of the European Economic Area, or Swiss, Andorran or Monegasque nationality), enjoy full civil rights, have no criminal record, and have fulfilled their national service obligations

  • Copy of the certificate of Recognition of the Quality of Disabled Worker (RQTH) or any other document establishing membership of one of the BOE categories

Recruitment organization

Examination of applications :

The committee, made up of at least 3 members, will examine the candidate's professional aptitude to carry out the duties related to the published job description, taking into account the candidate's professional experience and motivation.

Candidates whose applications are accepted will be auditioned

Auditions :

Interview with the committee, beginning with a 5-minute presentation by the candidate and not exceeding 30 minutes.

Nature of recruitment

The agent is recruited for a one-year term as an administrative management technician. At the end of the year, the commission will meet again to decide on the agent's professional suitability for the position.
