How Gene Regulation Shapes Human Diversity

from to

Overview

This year, Lluis Quintana-Murci’s lectures will focus on variations in gene regulation among individuals and populations, as well as the factors—genetic, epigenetic, and also age and sex—that contribute to these variations. They will also address how these differences in regulation influence disease, as well as the major role that gene regulation has played in the adaptation of populations to diverse environments.
