The Energy Transition: Today and Tomorrow (4)

from to

Overview

This year’s course by Marc Fontecave will continue the analysis of the challenges of the energy transition, building on the first three series of courses from previous years. In particular, the course will discuss the limitations of the “mineral transition” linked to massive new demands for mineral resources and will present the various nuclear power technologies of today (EPR) and tomorrow (fast neutron reactors) in the context of the revival of nuclear energy in France and around the world.
