Riet Van Bremen, a historian of the Hellenistic world and specialist in Asia Minor, presented the results of her most recent research to the public at the Greek Epigraphy lecture, with a view to a comprehensive work on the neoi, the " young men ", in the Greek world. Departing from the structuralist tradition, Riet Van Bremen studies the neoi as an institutional, political and cultural phenomenon of the Hellenistic world.
