Abstract
The second lecture will provide an introduction to the Bruhat-Tits theory and Moy-Prasad filtration, which play an essential role in the construction and study of representations of p-adic groups. (The second lecture is mostly independent of the first lecture apart from relying on the basic definitions of a p-adic field)
