Andrew King

Andrew King is the Director of the Centre for Integrative Neuroscience in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics and head of the Oxford Auditory Neuroscience Group. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society and an elected Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences and of the Physiological Society. His research combines behavioural, electrophysiological, imaging and optogenetic approaches, to study auditory and multisensory processing in the brain. His lab particularly interested in the plasticity of information processing at higher levels of the auditory system, induced as a result of learning on specific perceptual tasks or following different types of hearing loss.
