BOE Competitive Exams and Recruitment – 2026 Session

Recruitment of individuals covered by the employment obligation (BOE) on a contractual basis for a position as a financial and accounting technician.

Campaign schedule: Registration opens from May 26 to June 24, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be eligible for the employment quota: workers recognized as having a disability, as well as other categories of individuals listed in Article L323-3 of the Labor Code
  • Must not be a civil servant
  • Meet the same educational requirements as for general external competitive examinations, i.e., hold a Level 4 degree
  • Meet the general eligibility requirements for the civil service (be a French national or a national of a European Union member state or another state party to the European Economic Area, or a Swiss, Andorran, or Monegasque national), enjoy full civil rights, have no criminal record, and be in compliance with national service obligations

  • Cover letter
  • A copy of the Certificate of Recognition of Status as a Disabled Worker (RQTH) or any other document proving eligibility for one of the BOE categories

Recruitment Process

Review of Applications:

A committee composed of at least three members will evaluate the candidate’s professional qualifications to perform the duties outlined in the published job description, taking into account the candidate’s professional experience and motivation.

Candidates whose applications are shortlisted will be interviewed

Interviews:

An interview with the committee, beginning with a 5-minute presentation by the candidate and lasting no longer than 30 minutes.

Decision on the jury’s composition to be announced

Nature of the Hiring

The employee is hired for a one-year term as an administrative management technician. At the end of the one-year term, the committee will meet again to evaluate the employee’s professional competence in order to determine whether they will be granted permanent status in the position.
