The annual Cinema Chair, created in partnership with the National Center for Cinema and the Moving Image (CNC), encourages reflection, research, and intellectual debate on contemporary issues in cinema. Its main objective is to highlight the practices, research, and analyses of leading French and international filmmakers and theorists who, through their works and scholarship, vividly illustrate these contemporary issues.
