Olusegun Adebayo is an applied mathematician with expertise in computational biology, bioinformatics, and data science. His PhD research focused on developing multiscale models of wound healing and applying deep learning to classify abnormal skin lesions from clinical images. His current work involves providing bioinformatics and computational analysis support for studies on chromatin organization and developmental gene regulation. Furthermore, he designs and manages reproducible workflows for analyzing 2D and 3D chromatin data to explore the relationship between genome architecture and gene expression.
