After a PhD in ecology at Université de Nice, I pursued my work on the dynamics of populations in heterogeneous environments at Université Catholique de Louvain then at INRAE. I am now working the epidemiology and evolution of commensal bacteria using mathematical modelling, computer simulations and data analysis.
