The seminar " The Vegetal Diet of Pleistocene Hominins " presented on the same day by Amanda G. Henry (Max-Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, Leipzig) offered a comprehensive overview of the evolution of diets, and in particular the often overlooked importance of the plant contribution to the diet of modern man's predecessors.
