Lectures at the Collège de France are free and open to all, subject to availability. The public is advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the lecture starts. Places cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

During the day, jurists and historians specializing in genocide will debate four questions: the prohibition of genocide; the perpetrators of genocide; the conditions of genocide; and justice and the truth of genocide.
