Since 2011, the Collège de France has been producing exhibitions held on its premises, which bring together its historical and scientific heritage and the areas of expertise of its professors. The Institute of Civilizations has been particularly involved in these exhibitions, some of which are accompanied by catalogs published by the Department of Libraries, Archives, and Collections.
Following Dialogue of Civilizations (2015), Ugarit, Between East and West (2016), Daressy: A Scholar, Archives (2017), Meshach and the Bible: When a Stone Tells a Story (2018), Papyrus in All Its Forms, from Cleopatra to Clovis (2021), and Champollion 1822: And Ancient Egypt Found Its Voice Again (2022), an eighth catalog will be published in 2024: Wines, Oils, and Perfumes: An Archaeological Journey Around the Ancient Mediterranean.
