December 2 2025

The Bibliothèque nationale de France continues its partnership with the Collège de France, offering its teachers a unique insight into its scientific collections.

Emmanuelle Porcher - collège de France

By ensuring the reproduction of most plants, pollinating animals play a fundamental role in the functioning of our planet. The very ancient history of this intimate relationship between plants and pollinators has given rise to a formidable diversity within both groups. Today, however, this indispensable interaction, whose role has been known for centuries, is under threat.

Free admission. Prior booking required on the BnF website.

The lecture series is offered in partnership with Pour la Science magazine and Télérama sorties.
