The History and Cultures of Pre-Islamic Central Asia chair at the Collège de France (Frantz Grenet) and Sorbonne Université (Nina Mazhjoo) are organizing a round-table discussion on May 5, 12, 19 and 26 , 2026, as part of Prof. Frantz Grenet's seminar at the Collège de France.
The round table will focus on Mithra in dialogue between Central Asia, Iran and Rome: part 1. The Iranological point of view.
The second part will explore the perspective of Greco-Roman studies , and will take place at Sorbonne Université in November or December.
