In partnership with the Collège de France, the Groupe de recherche sur les humanités juridiques, the Centre Paul-André Crépeau de droit privé et comparé (McGill University) and the publisher La Mémoire du droit, the Bibliothèque interuniversitaire Cujas invites you to a discussion on the collective work Les bibliothèques des juristes.
We'll be welcoming Alain Supiot and Clément Pieyre as discussants for an exchange with the book's directors, Noémie Gourde-Bouchard, Mark Antaki, Marie-Andrée Plante and Alexandra Popovici.
The discussion will focus on the role of libraries - whether personal or collective, material or intellectual, living or dead - in the production, circulation and reception of legal knowledge.
The meeting takes place on March 9 2026 at 6pm in the library's first-floor reading room.
