Résumé
In this lecture, I will discuss novel technology pioneered by his group (e.g., intravital imaging of individual NSCs and their progeny in the mouse hippocampus). Together with molecular tools (such as single cell RNA-sequencing), he will present currently used strategies to characterize the functional contribution of new vs. old granule cells for hippocampal circuit activity and brain function.
