Abstract
The fourth and final conference will address the problems of obesity and excess energy, arguably the biggest and fastest-growing health challenges facing France and other high-income countries today. What are the causes of obesity, and why are humans so prone to becoming overweight and obese ? How does obesity affect health ? How can we better think about obesity ?
