Biography
Samantha Besson holds the International Law of Institutions Chair at the Collège de France in Paris, and is part-time Professor of Public International Law and European Law at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. Her research interests lie at the crossroads of general international law, European institutional law and legal philosophy. Her latest book, La Due Diligence en droit international, was published in 2020 (Recueil des cours de l'Académie de droit international de La Haye, The Hague, Brill, vol. 409, 2020).
