Audiovisual Treasures of the Collège de France: Opening Lectures Worth Rediscovering

A collection of nine digitized historical opening lectures complements the existing collection and provides a historical overview of the chairs and research areas explored at the institution.

Lectures given by professors, as well as courses, seminars, symposia, and conferences, are posted daily on the Collège de France’s official website and its thematic YouTube channels. They are followed by a large and ever-growing public. This long tradition of sharing knowledge makes it possible to bring the latest research findings—as well as unique archival materials—to the widest possible public.
