Abstract
In the face of climate crises and growing pressure on water resources, technologies for harnessing atmospheric water—such as cloud seeding, mist nets, condensation towers, and the modification of atmospheric rivers—are experiencing unprecedented growth. This panel explores the historical and contemporary uses of atmospheric water, while examining current regulatory frameworks (or the lack thereof).
