Nathaniel Rudavsky-Brody

Nathaniel Rudavsky-Brody is a translator of French literature, including The Idea of Perfection: The Poetry and Prose of Paul Valéry (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2020), and Benjamin Fondane'sUlysses (Syracuse University Press, 2017), which won the Susan Sontag Translation Prize. His translation of Lucien Rebatet's Deux Etendards will be published by FSG in 2025. He is also the author of two poetry collections in French, and one in English, A Dire Shortage of Usable Meaning, to be published this year.
