Atsuo Morimoto

Atsuo Morimoto was born in Tokyo in 1970. He is a professor at Kyoto University's Institute for Research in the Humanities. He is the author of Paul Valéry. L'imaginaire et la genèse du sujet. De la psychologie à la poïétique (2009) and editor of the collections of articles Marguerite Duras, une voix fantôme : roman, théâtre, cinéma (Zinbun, n° 50) and Les belles lettres dangereuses  : Le destin de l'épistolarité littéraire du XVIIe au XIXe  siècle (Zinbun, n° 53). His Japanese translations include Valéry, William Marx'sLe Tombeau d'Œdipe and Jacques Rancière's Politique de la littérature.
