Carlos Lopes, Professor of Political Economy at the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance, University of Cape Town, will give a series of four lectures at the Collège de France toexplore various aspects of relations between Europe and Africa. These lectures will aim to deepen understanding of the complex issues driving Europe-Africa relations, and encourage more nuanced thinking on these important questions.
